BOXE offers three types of HIIT classes that cater to different fitness goals and preferences. First, there's HIIT Step, which is the most intense HIIT class at BOXE. It combines step aerobics with high-intensity interval training, providing a challenging full-body workout. By utilising the step platform, this class engages additional muscle groups and improves coordination. HIIT Step pushes participants to their limits and helps them achieve their fitness goals.
Next is HIIT Circuit, a fast-paced and efficient workout that combines strength training exercises with high-intensity interval training. In this class, you'll move through a series of stations, targeting different muscle groups and performing exercises with maximum effort for a short period of time, followed by brief rest periods.HIIT Circuit helps increase cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and burn calories in a short amount of time. It's perfect for those who want to maximise their workout in a time-efficient manner.
Lastly, there's HIIT Cardio, which is a workout method that combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity activity. This type of workout improves cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and boosts metabolism. It's an effective and time-efficient way to achieve your fitness goals.
