Meet Shaz, a passionate advocate for wellness and well-being. With an adventurous spirit, Shaz is always up for trying new things, whether it's taking an ice bath or conquering the feat of hiking 13 mountains in a single day!
Shaz's love for fitness has been a constant in her life, but her health journey took a turn when she underwent surgery and entered menopause 11 years ago. Determined to prioritise her health and well-being, Shaz made it her mission to become the fittest, healthiest, and happiest version of herself. Now at the age of 46, she continues to embark on her journey and feels better with each passing day.
To achieve her goals, Shaz has embraced the concept of getting comfortable with being uncomfortable and has cultivated a strong mindset using the Law of Attraction. In fact, Shaz now leads workshops on this topic and incorporates many elements of it into her classes at BOXE. You'll often hear her empowering her students, reminding them of their amazing strength and the importance of self-love.
When Shaz is teaching, her goal is to provide the best experience possible, both physically and mentally. She finds joy in seeing people leave the studio feeling exhilarated and accomplished. It brings her immense gratitude to be able to play a part in helping others feel better than when they first walked in.
